The Maleny Supa IGA carpark redevelopment involved the upgrade of the existing IGA and Council carparks to allow truck access to the rear of the IGA and to provide additional carpark spaces. The existing carparks had to remain open to the public throughout the construction process. A Traffic and Pedestrian Control Plan was instigated to allow the demolition of existing kerb & channel and removal of bitumen and roadbase. New works included the installation of stormwater and electrical conduits, new kerb & channel, paths, pram ramps, electric light pole footings & rag bolts, asphalt surfacing and landscaping.
