McDonalds Restaurant Burpengary Value: $600,000+
This site beside Burpengary Creek required almost 6,000m3 of flood compensatory earthworks to offset the loss of flood storage volume, due to site filling.
Works also included almost 5,000m3 bulk excavation and 5,000m3 of imported material for carpark and building pad with compaction to Level 1. Construction of 45 carparking spaces and an additional lane in Station Road, as well as stormwater drainage, water & sewer connection.
